India, Sept. 7 -- Multiconsult Group and Rejlers Group have announced plans to merge in a deal that will create Multiconsult Rejlers, positioning the combined company as one of the Nordic region's leading engineering consultancy groups.
Rejlers' Viktor Svensson will become President and CEO of the combined group, while Multiconsult's Kristin O. Augestad will remain CEO of Multiconsult Norway and become Deputy CEO. Multiconsult Norway will be the group's largest segment, with approximately 3,400 employees.
