India, Sept. 29 -- Eli Lilly (LLY) said a new analysis found that people taking Zepbound 15 mg lost an average of 4.5% more body weight than those taking Wegovy HD at 72 weeks. The comparison was based on data from separate studies rather than a direct head-to-head trial.
