India, Aug. 13 -- Lexaria Bioscience Corp. (LEXX) has signed a Material Transfer Agreement with PegBio Co., Ltd. to test its patented DehydraTECH drug delivery platform with PegBio's proprietary GLP-1 molecule.
The move positions Lexaria to explore oral delivery options for therapies targeting diabetes, obesity, and metabolic diseases.
Agreement Details
Under the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA), PegBio will provide its GLP-1 compound for animal studies, while Lexaria will apply DehydraTECH to evaluate pharmacokinetic performance. The collaboration was facilitated by Liberi Group, a life sciences consultancy supporting Lexaria's partnering strategy.
