India, Sept. 24 -- On Thursday, Legacy Education Inc. (LGCY) reported higher income for the fourth quarter, compared to the same quarter last year, due to higher revenue from tuition.
On the NYSE in the after hours, the shares were trading 7.89 percent down at $9.80, after closing Thursday's trading 3.20 percent down.
Net income for the period went 53.3% up to $1.88 million or $0.13 per share from $1.23 million or $0.09 per share last year.
Adjusted EBITDA increased to $3.11 million from $2.38 million in the previous year.
Tuition and related income went 12 percent up to $20.10 million from $17.95 million last year.
