India, Feb. 5 -- Keppel Ltd.(KPELF.PK,KPELY.PK,BN4.SI), a Singaporean asset manager and operator, said on Thursday that it has appointed Piyush Gupta as non-executive Chairman with effect from April 17.
Gupta will succeed Danny Teoh, who will retire immediately after Keppel's annual general meeting on the same day.
Gupta, who joined Keppel as Deputy Chairman and a non-executive Independent Director on July 1, 2025, had served as CEO of DBS Group Holdings from November 2009 until his retirement in March 2025.
