India, Aug. 5 -- Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (JUNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies for neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, has approved a 1-for-75 reverse stock split of its common stock.

The move, backed by shareholders at the July 22, 2026 annual meeting, is designed to increase the per-share trading price and help the company regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

The reverse split will legally take effect after the market closes on August 6, 2026, with trading on a split-adjusted basis beginning August 7 under the ticker "JUNS" and a new CUSIP number.
