India, Sept. 23 -- On Wednesday, Judges Scientific plc (JDG.L), an M&A company based in the scientific instrument sector, reported a loss in the first half of 2026, compared to the profit in the same half last year, due to lower revenue generated. Furthermore, the company raised its interim dividend and issued a positive outlook for the full year.
Loss before tax was 1.7 million pounds, compared to the profit of 6.6 million pounds a year ago.
Loss for the period attributable to the owner of the parent was 1.3 million pounds or 19.5 pence per share, compared to the profit of 5.1 million pounds or 71.1 pence per share last year.
