India, Sept. 25 -- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), a healthcare company with a broad immunology portfolio, announced topline results from the Phase 4 STAR study showing that TREMFYA (guselkumab) improved axial symptoms and reduced MRI-confirmed inflammation in adults with active psoriatic arthritis and axial involvement.
The STAR study enrolled 411 biologic-naive adults with active psoriatic arthritis and objective evidence of axial inflammation confirmed by MRI.
Participants had also shown elevated C-reactive protein levels despite prior treatment with non-biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs, apremilast and/or NSAIDs.
