India, Sept. 21 -- InspireMD Inc. (NSPR) has amended certain outstanding Series J and Series K warrants, a move that could provide the company with up to $11 million in gross proceeds if the warrants are fully exercised.

The amendments are designed to align the potential exercise of the align the potential exercise of the warrants with the anticipated U.S. FDA approval of the company's CGuard Prime 80 cm carotid stent system for transcarotid artery revascularization (TCAR) procedures, which InspireMD continues to expect in the fourth quarter of 2026.

CGuard Prime is being developed to help prevent stoke in patients with carotid artery disease, a condition in which arteries supplying blood to the brain become narrowed or blocked.
