India, Sept. 23 -- The Indonesia stock market on Wednesday ended the three-day slide in which it had tumbled almost 190 points or 3 percent. The Jakarta Composite Index now sits just beneath the 6,375-point plateau although it may head south again on Thursday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets is negative thanks to a rebound in crude oil prices and a spike in treasury yields. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
