India, Oct. 15 -- The Indonesia stock market turned lower again on Thursday, one day after snapping the two-day slide in which it had dropped almost 170 points or 2.9 percent. The Jakarta Composite Index now sits just above the 5,860-point plateau although it's likely to bounce higher again on Friday.

The global forecast for the oversold Asian markets is positive, with bargain hunting expected amidst easing treasury yields. The European and U.S. markets were up and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
