India, Oct. 23 -- Friday, Immutep Limited (IMMP) announced health-related quality-of-life data from the Phase II EFTISARC-NEO trial evaluating eftilagimod alfa (efti) in combination with pembrolizumab and radiotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment for patients with resectable soft tissue sarcoma.
The findings showed that patients' overall health status remained stable throughout treatment, with no statistically significant deterioration in any measured quality-of-life scale.
Following surgery, the Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 (QLQ-C30) summary score improved by 6.0 points (p=0.008), while role and social functioning scores improved by 12.7 points (p=0.02) and 8.1 points (p=0.02), respectively.
