India, Aug. 13 -- HelloFresh SE (HFG.F,HLFFF), a German meal-kit company, reported that its preliminary adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2025 rose 8.2% to 158.5 million euros from last year's 146.4 million euros.

But quarterly revenues were 1.70 billion euros, representing a 9.5% year-over-year reduction on a constant currency basis.

HelloFresh said it will increase this share buy-back program from 75 million euros by up to 100 million euros to a total of up to 175 million euros (excluding ancillary costs of the share buy-backs) and will extend its duration until no later than 31 December 2026.
