India, June 23 -- Shares of HeartSciences Inc. (HSCS) are rising about 57 percent in Tuesday morning trading after the company agreed to merge with Fortitude Mining Holdings, Inc.in an all-stock transaction aimed at bringing a leading Zcash mining venture to the public markets.
The company's shares are currently trading at $2.77 on the Nasdaq, gaining 57.06 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $2.72 and touched an intraday high of $2.98. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $1.63 and $6.47.
