India, July 1 -- Shares of General Mills, Inc. (GIS) rose nearly 9% after the company reported fourth-quarter results in line with expectations and outlined a long-term efficiency plan targeting $3 billion in cumulative cost savings by fiscal 2030.
The stock is currently trading at $37.91, up $3.11 or 8.94%, on the NYSE. It opened at $37.72 after closing the previous session at $34.80. The stock has traded between $31.75 and $54.18 over the past 52 weeks.
