India, Aug. 27 -- Early signs from the U.S. Futures Index suggest that Wall Street might open higher on Wednesday. Trading activity may remain somewhat subdued ahead of the release of chip giant Nvidia's earnings after the close.
There are not much economic announcements today.
As of 8.15 am ET, the Dow futures were up 33.00 points, the S&P 500 futures were adding 5.50 points and the Nasdaq 100 futures were progressing 27.50 points.
The U.S. major averages finished Tuesday higher. The Nasdaq advanced 94.98 points or 0.4 percent to 21,544.27, the S&P 500 climbed 26.62 points or 0.4 percent to 6,465.94 and the Dow rose 135.60 points or 0.3 percent at 45,418.07.
