India, Aug. 6 -- Fiserv, Inc. (FISV), a commerce and finance company, on Thursday trimmed fiscal 2026 earnings and organic revenue outlook, after reporting weak profit and revenues in its second quarter.

In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares wre losing around 12.75 percent, trading at $47.21, extending the 3 percent loss on Wednesday's regular trading close.

Looking ahead for fiscal 2026, Fiserv now expects adjusted earnings per share of $7.20 to $7.40 and organic revenue of flat to down 1 percent.

The company previously projected adjusted earnings per share of $8.00 to $8.30 with organic revenue growth of 1 percent to 3 percent.
