India, Aug. 26 -- Energy Fuels Inc. (UUUU) climbed 13.72 percent to $12.43, up $1.50 on Tuesday, after announcing a Memorandum of Understanding with Vulcan Elements to build a U.S.-based supply chain for rare earth magnets. The collaboration aims to reduce dependence on China for critical materials used in satellites, defense systems, AI data centers, electric vehicles, and other advanced technologies.

The stock opened at $11.54 and traded between $11.42 and $13.34, compared with a prior close of $10.93 on the New York Stock Exchange. Trading volume surged to 27.8 million shares, more than double the average of 13.3 million. Energy Fuels is now trading near the top of its 52-week range of $3.20 to $13.34.
