India, Aug. 26 -- Enbridge Inc. (ENB,ENB.TO) announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire Salt Creek Midstream's crude oil gathering business for $600 million in cash, extending its value chain in the Permian Basin.

The deal includes 100% of the Orla and Wink North systems and a 50% interest in the Delaware Crossing system, comprising about 500 miles of crude oil gathering infrastructure in the Delaware Basin.

The acquisition will provide a direct link from Permian production to export at Enbridge Ingleside Energy Center, North America's largest crude export terminal.

Enbridge said the transaction will be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow per share and earnings per share, with its 2026 financial guidance unchanged....
