India, Sept. 4 -- DocuSign, Inc. (DOCU), a provider of electronic signature solution and AI-native Intelligent Agreement Management, reported higher income in the second quarter of 2027, driven by higher revenues. Furthermore, the company released positive third-quarter revenue guidance, and raised fiscal 2027 outlook as AI accelerates momentum across the business.

In the overnight activity on the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 3.06 percent higher at $67.99, extending the 0.89 percent gain on Thursday's regular trading close.

Net income for the second quarter rose to $77.72 million or $0.40 per share from $62.97 million or $0.30 per share in the same quarter prior year.
