India, Sept. 21 -- DL Holdings Group Limited (1709.HK), a financial services group, said Monday it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Polibeli Group Ltd. to explore potential cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI)-related cloud computing services and supporting digital infrastructure, initially focusing on Southeast Asia.
Under the MoU, the companies will assess technical feasibility, market demand, potential business models and commercial opportunities in selected overseas markets.
The evaluation will cover AI computing resources, cloud services, colocation capacity and supporting infrastructure. The parties may also exchange information and coordinate industry, technology and commercial resources.
