India, Sept. 2 -- On Wednesday, Definitive Healthcare Corp. (DH) announced the appointment of Clay Ritchey as the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board, each effective September 8. Ritchey succeeds Kevin Coop, who departed as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2026.
Ritchey joins Definitive Healthcare after serving as CEO of Verato. Previously, he was CEO of Evariant, CMO of Imprivata, and CEO of Equinox Healthcare, with earlier leadership roles at Hill-Rom and Kronos.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 13.04 percent higher at $1.0200, after closing Tuesday's trading 5.02 percent down.
