India, June 11 -- Shares of Dana Incorporated (DAN) on Thursday slipped over 13% after the company announced an agreement to combine with Eaton Corporation plc's Mobility business in a transaction valued at approximately $5.1 billion.
The stock is currently trading at $31.02, down $4.45 or 12.55%, on the NYSE. It opened at $33.17 after closing the previous session at $35.47. The stock has traded between $15.31 and $39.56 over the past 52 weeks.
