India, Sept. 10 -- Shares of Commerce.com, Inc. (CMRC) are gaining about 20 percent on Thursday morning after the company announced a strategic operating plan to generate approximately $60 million to $80 million of annualized cost savings.
The company's shares are currently trading at $3.1250 on the Nasdaq, up 20.15 percent. The stock opened at $2.90 and has climbed as high as $3.2388 so far in today's session. Over the past year, it has traded in a range of $1.95 to $5.54.
