India, Sept. 11 -- Clearmind Medicine Inc. (CMND) announced that the first patients with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) have been enrolled in its ongoing clinical trial of CMND-100, the company's proprietary non-hallucinogenic psychedelic-derived treatment candidate.
The initial patients were dosed at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem, marking the first time CMND-100 has been administered to individuals with AUD.
The study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of CMND-100 in patients with AUD. Prior to this trial, the compound had been tested at multiple doses in healthy participants as part of Clearmind's clinical development program.
