India, Oct. 31 -- CHVRCHES recently released a new song, "Overthinker," the second preview of their forthcoming album All The King's Men. The song arrived along with a lyric video.
The CHVRCHES trio of Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook, and Martin Doherty played the song live for the first time at a special intimate charity show on October 27th at Assumption Studios in Glasgow, where they were joined by Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil.
"Overthinker" explores family relationships and depression, unlike the record's lead single "Roses," which tackled social issues.
"Should I lie to you?/ Keep my thoughts from you?" Mayberry sings, describing a relationship where the person you're with is both "your shelter and your storm."
