India, Sept. 14 -- Shares of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (CHKP) are gaining about 7 percent in Monday morning trading after it announced the appointment of Yoram Tietz to the company's Board of Directors.
The company's shares are currently trading at $140.91 on the Nasdaq, gaining 7.05 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $135.09 and touched an intraday high of $141.96. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $112.23 and $210.66.
