India, June 26 -- Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen has announced a new double album, Day and Night, set to drop on September 18 via Interscope Records.

Day and Night will feature 12 tracks on each side. A press release describes the project as capturing a "blurred, dreamlike sense of time where nights stretch into mornings and days dissolve into nights, creating a feeling of being suspended inside a moment."

Day features organic, live instrumentation and '70s-inspired psychedelic pop, while Night leans into synth-driven dance pop. Jepsen's collaborators on the album include Tavish Crowe, Kyle Shearer, Nate Cyphert, and Cole M.G.N.

Jepsen's most recent album, The Loveliest Time, was released in 2023.
