India, Oct. 9 -- On Friday, AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. (AZIO) announced a power purchase and hosting agreement with Power Champion Investment Limited at its Atlas One computer infrastructure campus in South Texas.
The agreement provides an initial contracted capacity of 10 MW, with the option to expand to 50 MW subject to infrastructure upgrades and other conditions.
AZIO AI will supply power, facility space, connectivity, and hosting for AI computing equipment. The initial capacity is expected to generate $1.5 million in monthly reservation fees, or $90 million over five years, excluding electricity sales and additional services. Expanding to 50 MW could increase these fees to approximately $450 million over five years.
