India, July 27 -- ASML Holding N.V. (ASML) shares fell $93.36, or 5.31 percent, to $1,663.73 on Monday, despite the semiconductor equipment maker reporting continued share repurchases under its ongoing buyback program.

The stock opened at $1,739.18 and traded between $1,665.93 and $1,746.70 during the session. It has traded in a 52-week range of $683.48 to $1,999.96 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume reached 0.87 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 1.92 million shares.
