India, July 24 -- Amapa Minerals Holdings Inc., a gold mining company, announced on Friday that it has priced its Initial Public Offering or IPO of 127.27 million common shares at $1.10 per share, thus raising gross proceeds of approximately $140 million. The offering is expected to close on July 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The company said that the Toronto Stock Exchange or TSX has conditionally approved the listing of its common shares, subject to the satisfaction of its initial listing requirements. The shares are expected to begin trading on the TSX on an "if, as and when issued" basis on July 27, 2026, under the ticker "AMAP."
