India, Oct. 29 -- Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ALNY) reported its third-quarter 2026 earnings and revenue, supported by continued growth in its transthyretin (TTR) franchise, particularly AMVUTTRA.
The company reported net income of $2.167 billion, or $15.72 per share, compared with $292.68 million, or $2.14 per share, in the third quarter of 2025.
On an adjusted basis, Alnylam reported earnings of $2.242 billion, or $16.26 per share, for the latest quarter.
Total revenue increased 16.7% to $1.458 billion from $1.249 billion a year earlier.
Global net product revenue rose 52% to $1.292 billion from $851 million in the third quarter of 2025, driven primarily by growth in TTR products.
