India, Oct. 29 -- Thursday, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ALNY) announced an update to the TRITON-CM Phase 3 study of nucresiran, an investigational next-generation RNAi therapeutic, in patients with transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis cardiomyopathy or ATTR-CM.
The company expects to launch nucresiran, assuming positive data and regulatory approval, in ATTR-CM by 2030, while it expands target enrollment from 1,750 to approximately 2,250 patients.
It views nucresiran as a key component of its long-term growth strategy, with the potential to reinforce leadership in ATTR amyloidosis and expand the durability of its TTR franchise.
