India, Sept. 9 -- On Wednesday, Agroz Inc. (AGRZ), an agricultural technology company, announced that it has signed a multi-year Strategic Fresh Produce Supply and Offtake Agreement with Harvest Hive Sdn Bhd, an agricultural company based in Malaysia.

On the Nasdaq, the shares for Agroz were trading 11.30 percent higher at $0.2520.

Under the agreement, Harvest Hive will supply fresh highland vegetables to Agroz, which will purchase, distribute, and sell them through its retail, commercial, and institutional network. Harvest Hive manages farming operations across more than 500 acres of commercial farmland in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia's main temperate vegetable-growing region.
