India, Aug. 7 -- On Friday, ACM Research, Inc. (ACMR), a semiconductor manufacturer and supplier, reported higher income for the second quarter due to higher revenue generated. In addition, the company raised its guidance for fiscal 2026.
On the Nasdaq in the pre-market activity, the shares were trading 10.65 percent higher at $87.39, after closing Thursday's trading 1.15 percent down.
Net Income attributable to the company rose to $88.98 million or $1.23 per share from $29.76 million or $0.44 per share in the same quarter last year.
Adjusted net income was $44.52 million or $0.61 per share, while it was $37.32 million or $0.55 per share in the previous year.
