India, Sept. 21 -- AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) and lambic Therapeutics, Inc, a clinical-stage life sciences and technology company, announced a multi-year collaboration to accelerate the discovery and development of small molecule therapies across immunology, neuroscience and oncology. The companies will leverage Lambic's AI platform to support the identification of new drug candidates.
Under the terms of the collaboration, lambic will receive an upfront payment and is eligible for success-based milestone payments and tiered royalties on net sales of products resulting from the collaboration.Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed in the announcement.
