India, Nov. 2 -- Brise Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Brise), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical, provided an update on its exclusive license agreement with AbbVie Inc. (ABBV), which the companies entered into in 2024.
Under the collaboration, Brise will oversee discovery activities, while AbbVie will lead the global development and commercialisation of two preclinical migraine candidates from Brise's pipeline.
Under the terms of this agreement, the aggregated potential transaction value, including development, commercial, regulatory, and sales milestones, could reach up to $757 million plus royalties on future sales.
