Nepal, Sept. 16 -- US Charge d'Affaires to Nepal Megan Boldin has paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Balendra Shah on Wednesday.

During the meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister in Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Shah emphasized the need to further strengthen global cooperation and collective efforts to reduce climate-induced disasters and address their impacts.

Talking about Nepal's tourism potentials and opportunities for mutual benefits through its development, the Prime Minister requested the US official to encourage increased US investment in Nepal, shared PM Shah's Press and Research Expert, Dipa Dahal.
