Nepal, Aug. 10 -- Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal has said the Foreign Ministry has been coordinating with agencies concerned for discovery, authentication, digitalization and safe archiving of documents with historical and diplomatic importance.

The Ministry has formed a separate records management section for this purpose. Foreign Minister Khanal underlined that old treaties signed by Nepal with different countries and international organisations would be revised, amended and renewed gradually.

A report presented as per Article 53 of the Constitution mentions that Nepal has signed a total 655 treaties and agreements with different countries including neighbouring countries as well as with regional organisations and other parties. Of ...
