KATHMANDU, Sept. 28 -- On Sunday morning, two separate bus accidents in Nepalgunj resulted in the deaths of three people at the scene.

According to the District Police Office, Surkhet, three of the five passengers on a bus traveling from Rukum to Nepalgunj died at the site. Two others, who were seriously injured, have been referred to a hospital in Nepalgunj, Senior Superintendent of Police Kedar Khanal said.

Meanwhile, an electric microbus traveling from Kohalpur, Nepalgunj, to Surkhet lost control and met with an accident, confirmed the District Police Office.
