Nepal, March 23 -- The oath ceremony is scheduled for March 26 at 2 PM, with lawmakers requested to be present at least two hours earlier in formal or traditional attire. Senior-most member Arjun Narsingh KC, 78, will first take the oath before the President on March 25 and subsequently administer the oath to other members.
