Nepal, Nov. 5 -- The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a show-cause order (mandamus) and sought a written response in a writ petition filed against the probe commission formed to investigate the incidents of September 8 and 9.
A joint bench of Acting Chief Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal and Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman issued the order on Monday, directing the respondents to submit a written reply.
