Nepal, Feb. 15 -- Stating commitments to a pluralistic federal democratic republic, liberal economic policies with social justice, a reformed provincial structure, equitable inclusiveness, respect for Sanatan civilization, protection of religious and cultural diversity, balanced foreign relations, and the expansion of diaspora capacity and soft power, the party said it aims to strengthen sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and national dignity through the Citizens' Covenant.
