India, June 24 -- Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has accused the state of using all three organs of government to carry out a "planned political attack" against him and his party in the past.

Addressing the RSP's First National General Convention on Wednesday, Lamichhane claimed that the cooperative fraud case was used as a pretext to launch political retaliation against the party, which intensified after the Nepali Congress-led government came to power.
