Nepal, Aug. 18 -- Chief Whip and lawmaker of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Gyanendra Bahadur Shahi, expressed gratitude to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli for initiating the swift release of Bipin Joshi but cautioned that it should not turn into empty talk or publicity stunt.

Shahi's response came after PM Oli posted on social media on Monday, stating that the government is serious about Joshi's release and is taking every step possible to expedite the process.
