Nepal, Oct. 8 -- The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has urged political parties and groups to engage in a process of finding a political way out to the existing transition through impartial and democratic competition based on the public mandate.
In a press statement issued on Wednesday, the NHRC also appealed to civil society, the media and human rights activists to play a constructive role in facilitating this process. The NHRC has called for upcoming demonstrations announced by various groups to be conducted in a dignified and organized manner.
