Nepal, Oct. 2 -- Newly appointed Vice-Chair Dr Devraj Rokka and members Dr Dipak Bikram Thapa Chhetri and Dr Surendra Bar Singh Thapa of the Bagmati Province Policy and Planning Commission took oath of office and secrecy on Friday.
