Nepal, March 9 -- Nepali feature film Ek Mutthi Badal: My Share of Sky is set to hit theatres across Nepal on May 15, 2026 (Jestha 1). The release date was announced on International Women's Day on Sunday by Kathmandu-based production company Gauthali Entertainment.
Positioned as a family drama, the film explores emotional tensions within a Nepali household spanning three generations. Set over the course of a single day, the story follows family members as they navigate expectations, sacrifice and personal aspirations against the backdrop of a rapidly changing Nepali society.
