Nepal, May 31 -- Prime Minister Balendra Shah has said that the government has already sent diplomatic notes to both India and China to address the ongoing Lipulekh border dispute.Responding to a question raised by CPN-UML lawmaker Padma Aryal in the House of Representatives, Prime Minister Shah said both neighboring countries had responded positively to Nepal's diplomatic initiative and expressed openness to resolving the issue through dialogue.

He also informed Parliament that Nepal has initiated discussions with the United Kingdom regarding the long-standing border issue.
