Ministry seeks suggestions from public on Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts
Nepal, June 13 -- The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has asked the general public for their opinion on the draft bill designed to amend some Nepal Acts.
The ministry's spokesperson Dal Bahadur Adhikari said that the ministry requested the public through a notice on Thursday to provide feedback within a week in the specified language and format on the amendments to 20 different acts.
The laws for which opinions on amendments were sought include the Employees' Provident Fund Act, 2019 BS, the Land (Survey) Act, 2019 BS, the Land Related Act, 2021 BS, the Education Act, 2028 BS amendment, the Land Revenue Act, 2044 BS amendment, the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council Act, 2045 BS, the Citizen Investmen...
